In this episode of Back in the Garage, I rebuild the WP Semi-Active front forks on my 2016 KTM 1290 Super Adventure. I replace the seals, bushings and oil to freshen up the front end since the bike now has over 51,000 miles. on it. In this video, I show you how to delete the Secondary Air System (SAS) on a KTM 1090 1190 or 1290 Adventure Bike. We use the Rottweiler SAS Stage 3 Delete kit in this video (linked below). The SAS delete will reduce the weight of the bike by 2.5 lbs, free up storage space for tools and clean up engine space, specifically making it easier to access the front cylinder.
